Để xử lý nhanh, vui lòng ghi kèm:
- Tên workspace và email tài khoản Phê Nâu.
- Bạn đang dùng ở đâu: ứng dụng Phê Nâu, trang quản trị web, ChatGPT hay Claude.
- Mô tả vấn đề và ảnh chụp màn hình nếu có.
- Nếu ứng dụng chat báo lỗi kèm mã tham chiếu, hãy gửi nguyên mã đó.
Kết nối với ChatGPT và Claude
- Địa chỉ kết nối:
https://phenau.com/mcp - Chỉ chủ sở hữu hoặc quản trị viên workspace mới kết nối được.
- Không thấy công cụ hoặc giao diện mới? Mở một cuộc trò chuyện mới. Nếu vẫn chưa thấy, tắt rồi bật lại kết nối trong phần cài đặt Connectors/Plugins của ứng dụng chat.
- Kết nối báo “Authorization failed”? Ngắt kết nối rồi kết nối lại từ đầu. Nếu vẫn lỗi, gửi email kèm mã tham chiếu mà ứng dụng chat hiển thị.
- Ngắt kết nối: trong phần cài đặt Connectors/Plugins của ChatGPT hoặc Claude — quyền truy cập bị thu hồi ngay.
- Tải tài liệu lên: tối đa 4 tệp mỗi lượt, mỗi tệp tối đa 2 MB, định dạng .pdf .docx .txt .md .csv .json .xlsx. Tài liệu cần vài giây tới vài phút để sẵn sàng cho agent tra cứu.
Quyền riêng tư & dữ liệu

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your workspace name and Phê Nâu account email.
- Where you are using Phê Nâu: the Phê Nâu app, the web dashboard, ChatGPT or Claude.
- A description of the problem and screenshots if available.
- If the chat app shows an error with a reference code, include that code exactly.
Connecting to ChatGPT and Claude
- Connection URL:
https://phenau.com/mcp - Only workspace owners or admins can connect.
- New tools or panels not showing? Start a new conversation. If they still do not appear, turn the connection off and on again in the chat app's Connectors/Plugins settings.
- Seeing “Authorization failed”? Disconnect and connect again from the start. If it keeps failing, email us the reference code shown by the chat app.
- To disconnect: use the Connectors/Plugins settings in ChatGPT or Claude — access is revoked immediately.
- Uploading documents: up to 4 files at a time, 2 MB each, in .pdf .docx .txt .md .csv .json .xlsx. Documents take from a few seconds to a few minutes before the agent can search them.
