Phê Nâu (“chúng tôi”) là ứng dụng nhắn tin, trợ lý AI, quản lý lịch/công việc và nền tảng chatbot, CRM cho doanh nghiệp. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn như thế nào khi bạn dùng Phê Nâu — kể cả khi bạn kết nối Phê Nâu với ChatGPT hoặc Claude.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

  • Thông tin tài khoản: email, tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện khi bạn đăng nhập qua Apple hoặc Google (xử lý bởi nhà cung cấp xác thực Clerk).
  • Hồ sơ cá nhân: tên, ảnh đại diện, mô tả bạn tự thiết lập.
  • Nội dung bạn tạo: tin nhắn, hình ảnh, lịch hẹn, nhắc việc và nội dung trao đổi với trợ lý AI hoặc brand.
  • Dữ liệu doanh nghiệp: cấu hình agent, system prompt, tài liệu bạn nạp vào kho tri thức, số liệu quảng cáo và dữ liệu khách hàng tiềm năng từ các kênh bạn kết nối.
  • Dữ liệu sử dụng & thiết bị: thông tin kỹ thuật cơ bản, token thông báo đẩy để gửi nhắc lịch/tin nhắn.

2. Mục đích sử dụng

  • Cung cấp và vận hành các tính năng: nhắn tin, trợ lý AI, lịch hẹn, nhắc việc, khám phá brand, chatbot và báo cáo cho doanh nghiệp.
  • Gửi thông báo bạn yêu cầu (nhắc lịch, tin nhắn mới).
  • Bảo đảm an toàn cộng đồng: xử lý báo cáo, chặn người dùng vi phạm.
  • Hỗ trợ khách hàng và cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ.

3. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ với các nhà cung cấp cần thiết để vận hành:

  • Clerk — xác thực & đăng nhập, gồm cả cấp quyền cho ChatGPT/Claude.
  • Render, Vercel, Neon — máy chủ ứng dụng và cơ sở dữ liệu.
  • Cloudflare R2 — lưu trữ hình ảnh bạn tải lên.
  • Google (Gemini) — dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba: Để trợ lý và brand tạo phản hồi, chúng tôi gửi nội dung bạn chủ động trao đổi với AI — tin nhắn, ảnh đính kèm, nội dung lịch/nhắc việc liên quan, và thông tin hồ sơ cần cho cuộc trò chuyện — tới mô hình AI của Google (Gemini) thông qua máy chủ Phenau. Tài liệu bạn nạp vào kho tri thức cũng được Gemini trích xuất nội dung và tạo chỉ mục tìm kiếm. Ứng dụng xin phép bạn ngay trong ứng dụng trước khi gửi; nếu bạn từ chối, các tính năng AI sẽ không hoạt động. Google xử lý dữ liệu theo cam kết bảo mật của họ và không bán cho bên thứ ba khác.
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) và Anthropic (Claude) — chỉ khi bạn tự kết nối Phê Nâu với các ứng dụng này. Kết quả Phê Nâu trả về cho câu hỏi của bạn sẽ được gửi tới ứng dụng chat đó. Xem mục 5.
  • Apple/Google (APNs/FCM) — gửi thông báo đẩy.

4. Lưu trữ & xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng (Tôi → Xoá tài khoản). Khi xoá, tài khoản được vô hiệu hoá và lên lịch xoá vĩnh viễn sau 30 ngày; trong thời gian này bạn có thể đăng nhập lại để khôi phục. Sau 30 ngày, dữ liệu cá nhân (hồ sơ, ảnh, bài đăng) bị xoá hoặc ẩn danh hoá vĩnh viễn.

Tài liệu trong kho tri thức được giữ cho tới khi bạn xoá tệp hoặc xoá kho trên trang quản trị. Thời hạn lưu dữ liệu đến từ ChatGPT/Claude được nêu ở mục 5.

5. Kết nối Phê Nâu với ChatGPT và Claude

Chủ sở hữu hoặc quản trị viên một workspace có thể kết nối Phê Nâu với ChatGPT hoặc Claude (qua giao thức MCP). Chỉ chủ sở hữu và quản trị viên mới kết nối được; mọi quyền truy cập được cấp qua màn hình xin phép của Clerk và bạn thấy rõ các quyền trước khi đồng ý.

Dữ liệu ứng dụng chat có thể đọc hoặc thay đổi qua kết nối:

  • Số liệu marketing & bán hàng: chi phí quảng cáo, số lead, chi phí mỗi lead, phễu bán hàng.
  • Thông tin khách hàng tiềm năng: chỉ hai công cụ CRM trả về tên khách hàng, dự án và nhân viên phụ trách. Ghi chú bán hàng chỉ hiện khi chủ sở hữu/quản trị viên chỉ định đúng một mã khách. Số điện thoại không bao giờ được trả về qua kết nối.
  • Cấu hình agent: đọc và — khi bạn xác nhận — sửa system prompt, tạo agent mới.
  • Kho tri thức: tạo kho mới và tải tài liệu lên (tối đa 2 MB mỗi tệp).

Chúng tôi lưu gì và trong bao lâu:

  • Tài liệu tải lên qua chat: nội dung tệp nằm tạm trong hàng đợi xử lý và bị xoá ngay khi xử lý xong (thành công hoặc thất bại hẳn); bản ghi hàng đợi bị xoá sau 14 ngày. Nội dung đã trích xuất và chỉ mục tìm kiếm được giữ cho tới khi bạn xoá tệp hoặc kho.
  • Lịch sử sử dụng kết nối: tên công cụ được gọi, câu hỏi bạn đặt cho ứng dụng chat, các tham số (không gồm nội dung tài liệu hay nội dung prompt), mã người dùng và thời gian xử lý. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu này để vận hành, gỡ lỗi và cải thiện công cụ. Dữ liệu được giữ khi workspace còn hoạt động và xoá khi bạn yêu cầu.
  • Chúng tôi không nhận lịch sử trò chuyện đầy đủ của bạn trong ChatGPT hay Claude — chỉ nhận những gì ứng dụng đó gửi khi gọi công cụ Phê Nâu.

Quyền kiểm soát của bạn:

  • Ngắt kết nối bất kỳ lúc nào trong phần cài đặt Connectors/Plugins của ChatGPT hoặc Claude — quyền truy cập bị thu hồi ngay.
  • Xoá tài liệu hoặc kho tri thức trên trang quản trị Phê Nâu.
  • Yêu cầu xuất hoặc xoá lịch sử sử dụng kết nối qua email dudupython@gmail.com.

Dữ liệu gửi tới ChatGPT hoặc Claude được OpenAI hoặc Anthropic xử lý theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của chính họ.

6. Nội dung do người dùng tạo & an toàn

Phê Nâu áp dụng không khoan nhượng với nội dung phản cảm và hành vi lạm dụng. Người dùng có thể chặn và báo cáo nội dung/người dùng; chúng tôi xem xét và xử lý báo cáo trong vòng 24 giờ. Xem thêm tại Điều khoản sử dụng.

7. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa và xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình. Mọi yêu cầu, vui lòng liên hệ qua email bên dưới.

8. Trẻ em

Phê Nâu dành cho người dùng từ 12 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới độ tuổi này.

Phê Nâu (“we”) is a messaging, AI assistant, scheduling and task app, and a chatbot and CRM platform for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use Phê Nâu — including when you connect Phê Nâu to ChatGPT or Claude.

1. Data we collect

  • Account information: email, display name and profile picture when you sign in with Apple or Google (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk).
  • Profile: the name, picture and description you set.
  • Content you create: messages, images, appointments, reminders, and conversations with AI assistants or brands.
  • Business data: agent settings, system prompts, documents you add to a knowledge base, advertising metrics and lead data from channels you connect.
  • Usage & device data: basic technical information and push-notification tokens used to deliver reminders and messages.

2. How we use data

  • To provide and operate features: messaging, AI assistants, appointments, reminders, brand discovery, chatbots and business reporting.
  • To send notifications you ask for (reminders, new messages).
  • To keep the community safe: handling reports and blocking abusive users.
  • To support customers and improve the service.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers we need to run the service:

  • Clerk — authentication and sign-in, including authorizing ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Render, Vercel, Neon — application hosting and database.
  • Cloudflare R2 — storage for images you upload.
  • Google (Gemini) — third-party AI service: to generate replies, we send the content you deliberately share with the AI — messages, attached images, related appointment/reminder details, and profile information needed for the conversation — to Google Gemini through Phenau servers. Documents you add to a knowledge base are also processed by Gemini to extract their text and build a search index. The app asks for your permission in-app before sending; if you decline, AI features will not work. Google processes this data under its own privacy commitments.
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude) — only if you connect Phê Nâu to these apps yourself. The results Phê Nâu returns for your requests are sent to that chat app. See section 5.
  • Apple/Google (APNs/FCM) — push notification delivery.

4. Retention & deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account). Your account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days; you can sign back in during that period to restore it. After 30 days, personal data (profile, images, posts) is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Knowledge-base documents are kept until you delete the file or the knowledge base in the dashboard. Retention for data received from ChatGPT or Claude is described in section 5.

5. Connecting Phê Nâu to ChatGPT and Claude

A workspace owner or admin can connect Phê Nâu to ChatGPT or Claude (using the Model Context Protocol). Only owners and admins can connect; access is granted through a Clerk consent screen that lists the permissions before you approve.

Data the chat app can read or change through the connection:

  • Marketing & sales metrics: ad spend, leads, cost per lead, sales pipeline.
  • Lead information: only two CRM tools return customer names, project and assigned sales rep. Sales notes appear only when an owner or admin asks for one specific lead. Phone numbers are never returned through the connection.
  • Agent settings: read, and — after you confirm — edit system prompts and create new agents.
  • Knowledge base: create knowledge bases and upload documents (up to 2 MB per file).

What we store and for how long:

  • Documents uploaded from chat: file contents sit temporarily in a processing queue and are deleted as soon as processing finishes (whether it succeeds or finally fails); the queue record itself is deleted after 14 days. Extracted text and the search index are kept until you delete the file or knowledge base.
  • Connection usage logs: the tool called, the question you asked the chat app, the parameters (excluding document contents and prompt text), your user ID and processing time. We use this to operate, debug and improve the tools. It is kept while your workspace is active and deleted on request.
  • We do not receive your full ChatGPT or Claude conversation history — only what that app sends when it calls a Phê Nâu tool.

Your controls:

  • Disconnect at any time in the Connectors/Plugins settings of ChatGPT or Claude — access is revoked immediately.
  • Delete documents or knowledge bases in the Phê Nâu dashboard.
  • Request export or deletion of your connection usage logs by emailing dudupython@gmail.com.

Data sent to ChatGPT or Claude is processed by OpenAI or Anthropic under their own privacy policies.

6. User-generated content & safety

Phê Nâu has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users can block and report content or users; we review and act on reports within 24 hours. See also our Terms of Service.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below for any request.

8. Children

Phê Nâu is intended for users aged 12 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
